Through Kate's body-positive online coaching for plus-size women and Mike's specialized in-home training for seniors, we help our clients discover what their bodies can do, not what they "should" do. Meet Mike
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist, I help older adults maintain their independence and vitality through safe, effective exercise. Currently leading three weekly senior strength classes, I combine functional movement training with balance and fall prevention strategies to enhance daily life activities.
I believe that strength training is essential at every age, and I'm dedicated to making it accessible and enjoyable for seniors. Whether you're looking to improve balance, maintain independence, or feel stronger in daily activities, I'll create a program that meets your specific needs and goals.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and size-inclusive fitness specialist, I'm passionate about helping plus-size women discover the joy of movement in a positive, supportive environment. My approach combines expertise in nutrition coaching and online training with specialized knowledge in size-inclusive fitness modifications and techniques.
